| 职位描述： | Responsibilities: 1. Handles full Spectrum of financial accounting, purchasing and information technology functions. 2. Organizes and administers an adequate plan for controlling operations, covering profit planning, sales forecasts, expense budgets, accounts receivable, cost standards saving opportunities, and capital investing. 3. Facilitate effective purchasing processes and cost control. 4. Participate as a member of the Management in the overall Management of Companies activities, providing advice and analysis in support of the business decision-making process. 5. Accountable to the group's business strategy by developing and implementing short to long term financial plans in line with the Hospitality & Leisure Division's overall compliance with the regulatory requirements. 6. Evaluate and implement MIS system to improve operational efficiencies in the industry. 7. Provide an effective internal control environment, which ensures that the financial statements reflect the state of the business and that the assets of the Companies are protected from loss and unauthorized use. 8. Develop and control the annual capital budgets and expenditures. 9. Monitor and control working capital including cash receivables, payables and stocks. 10. Responsible for local treasury and banking matters. 11. Ensure the Company's P&L and cash flow stays liquid, healthy and profitable. 12. Overall management and review on operations and financial performance 13. Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and international financial reporting standards, including standard operations policies and procedures. Timely and accurate reporting, comprehensive analysis and reporting on management accounting information as well as consolidation of management accounts and tax planning. 14. Result oriented, hardworking, independent, resourceful, well organized, possess a high degree of commitment, initiative and excellent organization skills. Requirements:1. Degree in Finance / Accounting with CPA qualification. 2. Minimum 8 years of financial management experience. 3. 3 years as Head of Finance would be advantageous. 4. An individual with integrity, honesty, loyalty, commitments and flexibility. 5. Meticulous with strong analytical mindset. 6.
